This gorgeous Dual Birthstone Bracelet is made using three man made gemstones or opals that have been set in sterling silver tube bezels. I have used a thick 2mm (12g) sterling silver wire, which means it is sturdy, but adjustable. They are made to pull apart and squeeze slightly.

Because of the opening, the cuff is slightly adjustable. The medium size (6") seems to fit an average women's wrist size. The cuffs have an open area of ~ 1" for you to slide your wrist through, then turn the bracelet to fit and squeeze slightly. Typically, cuffs are worn snug, so choose a cuff that is 1/2" smaller than your wrist size. If you'd a looser fit, choose a cuff the same size as your wrist.
To measure your wrist, use a fabric measuring tape or string to measure where the bracelet will fit you, commonly above the wrist bone.
All cuffs have ~1" opening:
• Small: 5.5"cuff + 1" opening = 6.5" circumference
• Medium (average size): 6" cuff + 1" opening = 7" circumference
• Large: 6.5" cuff + 1" opening = 7.5" circumference
• X-Large: 7" cuff + 1" opening = 8" circumference
