Refunds & Exchanges
Cancellation Policy:
There are no cancellations on made-to-order (MTO) items. Once your order is confirmed, it immediately enters production, where materials are crafted to your specific requirements. This custom process means that cancellations are not possible.
Return Policy:
Due to the custom nature of my designs, returns are not accepted, unless there is an error on my part.
For ready-to-ship items, you may return them within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.
You must contact me first, before sending any items back. If your return is accepted, I will email you instructions on how and where to send the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging, and have proof of purchase or receipt. Damaged items cannot be accepted for return.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from the return location.
Please do not send your purchase back to me, unless I have agreed to it.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you by email that I have received the returned item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact me at lauren@lejewelrydesigns.com.
Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you shipping for an exchanged product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for me to send it back to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
