- Made-To-Order (MTO):

Most pieces offered are MTO, therefore I cannot offer a refund, unless there is an error on my part or found to be faulty.  In certain circumstances, an exchange may be considered for another piece.

- Ready-To-Ship (RTS):

All RTS pieces will receive a fresh polish and ship within 1-3 business days. You may return a ready-to-ship item within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must contact me for approval, before sending your RTS item back. You are responsible for shipping and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. I cannot accept an item that has been damaged.

- Custom (if accepting):

A custom item is any piece that is designed and created specifically for the customer. Before beginning a custom piece, LE Jewelry Designs, LLC requires a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total sale price. There are no refunds/exchanges on custom pieces.

- Semi-Custom (if accepting):

A semi-custom item it any piece that has been modified, from the original design, to meet a customer's specifications (e.g. a different stone, band, mounting, etc)  There are no refunds/exchanges on semi-custom pieces.

LE Jewelry Designs, LLC holds the rights to recreate or reproduce any custom/semi-custom piece, without the client's approval. 

At this time, I do no offer resizing, so it's very important to order the correct ring size.  Not sure of your size?  You can purchase a Reusable Ring Sizer or visit your local jeweler to be sized.
