Items marked as "ready-to-ship" will be shipped within 1-3 business days. All made-to-order pieces are handcrafted to your specifications after purchase, and due to the care and attention given to each piece, production typically takes about 3 weeks. This does not include shipping time. If production time exceeds 3 weeks due to high order volume, I will update the announcement bar at the top of the webpage to keep you informed.

It seems that USPS is experiencing ongoing delays with tracking updates, often not providing information or updating it days later. Please rest assured that the day you receive your shipping notification is the same day USPS picks up your package. If it's been over a week (domestic orders only) and you haven’t received your package, please contact your local post office, as I do not have any additional information beyond what is provided in the tracking details.

Absolutely! Just make sure to enter the correct shipping address for the recipient. If you'd like to include a gift message, you can add that at checkout. All orders are carefully packaged, ready for gift-giving or as a special treat for yourself!

The best way to ensure the correct size is by visiting your local jeweler for a fitting. However, many customers have successfully used my Reusable Ring Sizer. This tool will help you determine the right size before ordering. Please note that resizing is not available for most rings.

Bangles:

This type of bracelet is either a closed circle or oval shape, meant to be worn by sliding over the hand.

Measure around the widest part of your hand, with your thumb folded towards palm (as if you're sliding the bracelet on), then choose the circumference which will fit you best.

•  7" circumference || 2.23" diameter

•  7.5" circumference || 2.39" diameter

•  8" circumference || 2.54" diameter

•  8.5" circumference || 2.71" diameter

•  9" circumference || 2.86" diameter

Cuffs:

This type of bracelet has an open area for you to slide your wrist through, then turn the bracelet to fit and squeeze gently. Cuffs are usually worn snug.

Measure tightly around your wrist, either above or below your wrist bone (where you plan to wear the cuff). Typically, choose a cuff with a circumference 1/2" larger than your wrist size. For example, if your wrist measures 6", choose a size Small (6-1/2" circumference)

•  Small || 6-1/2" circumference

•  Medium || 7" circumference (average size)

•  Large || 7-1/2" circumference

•  X-Large || 8" circumference

Not at all! Simply order your true ring size, and I'll take care of the adjustments to ensure a perfect fit, even for stacking.

Currently, I do not offer resizing, so it's essential to order the correct ring size. Not sure of your size? You can get fitted at your local jeweler or purchase a reusable ring sizer from my shop to ensure a perfect fit.

I understand how challenging it can be to shop online without seeing an item in person. To give you the best view of each piece, I photograph them using a professional DSLR camera and macro lens, often cropping in close. This can sometimes make the piece appear larger than it is and highlight details that may not be visible to the naked eye. For accuracy, I include all measurements in the description of each listing, so please refer to a ruler to get the correct dimensions.

14k gold-filled jewelry contains a layer of 14k gold that is bonded to a base metal under high pressure. This gold layer is 100 times thicker than gold-plated jewelry, making it durable and resistant to peeling or flaking. It offers a fantastic, more affordable alternative to solid 14k gold.

A few things to note about 14k gold-filled pieces: I use 14k yellow gold solder for all my gold rings. Because of the gold layer, I cannot perfectly sand or file down the solder joints without exposing the base metal beneath. As a result, there may be a slight color difference at the bottom of the ring, but this won’t be visible when worn. Please keep this in mind when purchasing 14k gold-filled items.

The lab-grown opals I use are certified by the GIA as true synthetic opals, meaning they share all the properties of natural opals. The stunning colors you see in the opal are naturally produced by light and are not artificially dyed or altered. The main difference between synthetic and natural opals is that the slow formation process of a natural opal is expedited in a lab, taking about a year to create synthetic opals. Since they contain at least 80% silica, synthetic opals are more durable than natural opals—they won't crack, dry out, yellow, or lose their vibrant fire over time. This makes them a fantastic choice for everyday jewelry. Plus, the colors are truly breathtaking! I work directly with the opal manufacturer to have them custom made to my exact specifications.

(80% silica + 20% resin)

Colorful imitation opal (20% Silica & 80% Resin), with flashes of color resembling aurora borealis.  No cracking, crazing, or yellowing. If it's a doublet, it is projected though either a rose cut or hand carved, crystal quartz dome.

It’s important to treat your jewelry with care to keep it looking its best. Avoid wearing it while swimming, cleaning, bathing, or when applying lotions, perfumes, or oils, as chemicals can react with the metals. After each wear, wipe your jewelry with a polishing cloth and store it in a small baggie or the box it came in to protect it. If your piece has tarnished, simply use a polishing cloth to remove it. For more stubborn tarnish, mix warm water with a small amount of liquid dish soap (Dawn works great) and gently clean your piece with a soft toothbrush.
