Shipping Information

2021 HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFO:

With the challenges from the pandemic, the volume of shipments, and the USPS purposely slowing delivery times this holiday season, this year will require earlier than normal cut-off dates.  We can not guarantee delivery dates, only that we will put your package in the hands of the USPS by the promised ship date.

NOVEMBER 24 is our cut-off date for Christmas orders. (U.S. only!) Any order placed after that date, may not arrive in time.

D O M E S T I C • S H I P P I N G :

We ship via USPS First Class (2-5 business days) and Priority Mail (1-3 business days). Shipping time is not included in my production time, so please take that into consideration.

You have the option (domestic) to upgrade to Priority Mail (1-3 days), but production time remains the same.

Priority Shipping: $10.50
Orders over $35 ship for free (standard shipping)

LE Jewelry Designs is not responsible for lost, redirected, or undelivered mail. When an item is shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS, but we will try our best to resolve any issues. It may be in your best interest to purchase insurance at checkout.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L • S H I P P I N G:

The USPS does not provide tracking information for international shipping, so once your package leaves the US, it is in the hands of the postal system.
LE Jewelry Designs is not responsible for lost, redirected, or undelivered mail. When an item is shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS, but we will try our best to resolve any issues.

IMPORTANT:
Please familiarize yourself with your country's shipping policies. The BUYER is responsible for any CUSTOM/VAT, TAX and/or DUTY charges and is NOT the responsibility of the seller. Any additional fees you may have to pay to receive your package was NOT included in the shipping price you paid when you placed your order. These fees are especially high for customers in the UK.

UK CUSTOMERS: As stated in my policies and in every listing description, you will be responsible for any CUSTOMS/VAT fees collected from you, when you retrieve your package. This is not a shipping charge, but rather a tax that is collected from your country. Please, do not ask me to mark your package as a "gift" or to pay for those fees, as it is illegal for me to do so. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. The seller is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping companies, international customs, or mail/delivery services. Please note that it can take 2 - 8 weeks for International shipping. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRODUCTION TIME)

PLEASE ALLOW 24 HRS FOR TRACKING INFO TO BE UPDATED BY THE USPS

The delay of tracking info seems to be a growing problem with the USPS.  They are not updating their tracking information at all or days later.  Please know that the day you receive your shipping notification is the exact same day I physically drop your order off at the post office.  If it has been over a week (domestic only) and you still haven't received your package, then it is time to contact the USPS. Thank you so much for your understanding.
